In recent years, feed pads and standoff areas on dairy farms have become increasingly popular due to their various benefits, however they greatly increase pressure on the farm's effluent system. In order to keep up with increased solids, weeping walls are used to alter debris before effluent containment, but can be troublesome and labour taxing when the screens blind off, hindering fluid from passing through the walls. To prevent overflow and potential environmental hazards, farmers are required to manually empty the product and spread to pasture, which is incredibly time-consuming and costly, particularly during wetter months. 

We recognised this was an area of frustration for farmers and so created a simple and effective product, The Vibe Panel - vibrating weeping wall.

The Vibe Panel is a vertical passive separation screen, or put simply, a vibrating weeping wall. Vibrations travel down the horizontal panels to clear blocked slots, which then causes the containment to de-water. The vibration allows effluent to move easily through the slots and into containment, ready for irrigation to pasture. The Vibe Panel unblocks screens and drastically decreases labour intensity for customers who capture higher quality effluent and no longer have to spend as much time managing bunkers. Recent tests have shown that installing even a single panel has proved a huge success.
